Zillow states that the home was built 1927, and the home is present on the 1929 map of Haverford Township, howver it's absent from the 1930 census.

1940 census: Schoolteacher Albert is living with his wife. The home is listed as 207 East Park

William Buchanan purchased the home around 1961, and sold the home to the Williams family in 1988 for $159,900. They sold the home to Allen Shaw in 1991 for $183,000, who then sold the home in 2000.
